- Stay Inside the Ring
- The Ring is always closing and you won't last long on the outside. As the Ring gets smaller, you'll be forced into more encounters with the remaining squads. So make sure you have the right loadout to take them on.

- Get Your Loot On
- You'll drop in with basic gear. Explore the map -and Death Boxes of fallen foes- to find better equipment. If you're going to survive, you'll need it.

- Last Squad Standing
- Whether you're in Duos or Trios, the goal is the same: to be the last squad left alive. But death isn't always permanent --keep your squad in the fight with the help of Respawn Beacons.
mixtape
Show off your skills in Mixtape, a permanent playlist with a rotation of Team Deathmatch, Control and Gun Run.

- Team Deathmatch
- Drop into a 6 vs. 6 match where points are scored by killing your opponents. First team to 50 points takes the match!

- Control
- Join 9 vs. 9 battles and team up to capture and hold control points on the map, with infinite respawns to keep the action going.

- Gun Run
- Face off against three other squads and land kills to ascend through a track of 25 weapons.
wildcard
Play big, play loud in Wildcard, the new permanent mode built for more shooting, less looting. Wildcard has: faster gameplay, streamlined upgrades, explosive loot drops, and last-minute comebacks.

- Stack Your Squad, Break the Rules
- Legend limits are off, so you can run up to 3 of any Legend. Move fast and break everything as 3 Octanes. Stink up the map as 3 Caustics. Give yourself an identity crisis as 3 Mirages.

- Streamlined upgrades and loot explosions keep you in the flow. Second chances, self revives, and health regen keep you in the fight.
